Brian joined Farmers Mutual Insurance in 1996 as an agent and director for Fabius Township. In 2007 he was appointed as Vice-President of the company. Brian is the manager at Farmers Co-op in New London, Missouri. He and his wife, Karla, also own and operate a cattle, grain, and hay farm north of Palmyra. They have one daughter, Kayla, and her husband, Nathan, and two grandchildren, Pearl and Jack.
